and a caramelised red onion chutney A gateau of avocado and prawns
bound with a traditional marie rose sauce presented on a nest of salad leaves
finished with a tomato and cucumber salsa Pearls of ogen melon and sweet cranberries
marinated in mulled wine coated with a honey and vanilla crème fraîche Pan fried mushrooms
glazed with a stilton cheese sauce, served with garlic bread

Roast sirloin of beef
accompanied by yorkshire puddings and red wine gravy Fresh roast turkey breast
accompanied by sage and onion stuffing, chipolata with bacon and fresh chestnuts A pork loin steak
filled with a mushroom, sage and garlic pate wrapped in smoked bacon
